Review:

The Darker Side of the Moon doesn’t shine much light on the subject

This book is barely okay. In the section about the authors, it says, Rob Shelsky writes about 4000 words a day. He must not of spent much time, because the book is very short. The other half of the book is an appendix listing NASA technical report R-277 ” Chronological catalog appendix of reported lunar events”.  The book tries to use Occam’s razor to prove aliens exist and are probably on the moon. If you hunt and look, you may find a couple interesting sources that they quote. Some of the chapters are a little much, such as chapter 18 entitled Can we protect ourselves? Do we need to? It gives such reassuring advice as if you live in an area high in UFO sightings stay alert, be careful and don’t allow yourself to be caught out alone, somewhere all by yourself, with no ready aid nearby. Yeah, I feel much better with that advice. Like I said, this book is barely okay.because you might find a usefully insight if you look real hard

Title: Beyond Flesh and Blood: The Ultimate Guide To Angels and Demons
Author: Minister Dante Fortson

Review:

It’s not the kind of book will keep you on the edge of your chair but you won’t feel that your time was wasted reading it

This book isn’t for everyone. The two groups that would find it interesting are religious people and ones who believe in alien intervention. The author uses the Bible to explore the concept of Angels and Demons.  As a child, I wondered why God had angels? They also seem to have rank, as all of them were not equal. As I got older, applying the concept of ancient aliens seems fitting. The author, although not trying, brings up points that both schools of thought would find interesting. An example is describing the image of the beast, by John, using the Greek term eikon meaning a mirrorlike image. The author, himself, ponders that we have two technologies today that would project a mirrorlike image. Those technologies are a hologram and television. It is observations along these lines that both groups of people reading this book would find of interest. It’s not the kind of book will keep you on the edge of your chair but you won’t feel that your time was wasted reading it.

Uncensored Truth

Title: The Uncensored Truth About UFOs (Annotated Edition)
Author: Edward Ruppelt, Chet Dembeck
ASIN: B007EZM2K0

Review:

Can we prove anything?

if you are a UFO believer and have read anything about the Air Force Project Blue Book, you would probably wonder why one should read about a study that says that they don’t exist. One should always keep an open mind and examine both sides of an argument. The author was the organizer and chief of the project. He explains many sightings and some of the problems they had. He tells one of a B-29 that was equipped as a photo ship. He says the photo captured a circular shaped blob of light, just as the crew described. There was no clarity because of the brightness of the object.   They couldn’t accurately even judge the size because the distance was unknown. This shows the difficulty in getting any “proof”of flying saucers. In this situation, he didn’t have to doubt the veracity of the witnesses. But due to the difficulty of capturing and focusing an unknown moving object on film ,you still don’t end up with “proof”. Ruppelt tells from the science point of view an experienced observer is no more credible in their eyes than anyone else. He points out a similar yet different study is that of the Lubbock lights. Here is something that reoccurs. He says scientists come from near and far ,and still not have been able to solve it. It remains an “unknown”. It’s good to read the book to remind oneself the difficulty of proving anything to the standards set by scientists.

Review:

Its not all in your mind

If you believe in remote viewing you will find this book interesting. Even if you’re not truly a believer ,the book still holds insight into the human condition. Capt. David Morehouse became involved in project Stargate, the government’s secret psychic espionage program. The author became psychically gifted after a head injury in the military. The book describes his involvement in the project. If this is not enough for you, imagine the problems of being in a secret project, not being able to tell people, thoughts and images overlapping, internal administrative problems as well as the government trying to cover its tracks when you try to leave.the program .On both tracks, describing how the training proceeds, some of the targets and the problems with the mind trying to handle overload; the author succeeds in writing an interesting book..

Book Review:Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 & JFK’s Assassination

Kennedys last stand

Title: Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 & JFK’s Assassination
Author: Michael Salla
ASIN: B00G3BW5M6

Review:

Did curiosity killed the cat and a president too?

I liked this book because it tried to answer some of the questions that always bothered me. Why would James Forrestal, the first Secretary of Defense, commit suicide? Why would Eisenhower, a military man, speak out against the military-industrial complex? Why would Kennedy suggest we do joint missions in space with the Russians? Michael Salla tries to investigate majestic- 12 and the CIA. One forgets, as the author reminds us, the Kennedy was trying to restructure the National Security Council to bring all psychological warfare activities under executive control. President Kennedy had enemies that would’ve wanted him dead for various reasons. I never put releasing UFO proof on the top of the list. The more I read, the higher it goes up a list, probably in the top three. This is a well-crafted book, leaving you only to judge the credibility of the documents the author uses.

Review:

You’re not paranoid, if they’re really out to get you.

Conspiracy reader is a collection done by various authors. I guess you could consider me a conspiracy type person. One of the reasons, is that history has shown that on more than one occasion, our government has lied to us. It usually takes 25 to 50 years before we really told the truth. I worked in the field of security, I study people, their reactions and needed truthful answers. When someone gives me an explanation, I want all of my questions to be answered and not have any lingering doubts. An example referring to the book, is the chapter on TWA flight 800. It talks of the discrepancy when FDA agent Kallstrom talked about the concept of friendly fire. I remember watching him on television strongly admonishing the military for not answering any of his questions. The next day I remember him changing his attitude 180°, with body language looking like someone would been chewed out by their boss. I found it difficult to respect and believe him after that event. The chapter on flight 800, as well as other chapters. in the book point to other irregularities that have always worried me. You should use this book as a tool to see if you like any of these authors. You should read a couple books, for and against each of these theories. If you have time, you should try to find a couple books that are on the fringe of the theory as well.

Author: Len Kasten

Review:

Off we go into the wild blue yonder,

What can I say, yes this book is on the fringe. The book starts with a historical account of German disc development,as well as explorinKimg the possibility of Nazi settling in Antarctica. Adm. Byrd’s mission to the South Pole right after the war, seems to lead some credence to an unusual event happening there. The book continues with Roswell and the possibility of interaction with aliens. The second half of the book deals with a joint alien – U.S mission and information regarding the crew and living on the alien planet. The problem with the book, is that you don’t know if there’s any validity to this event. When I was young, this would seem way beyond any possibility of occurring. Since then I have met people, of the right background, who tell me it did. Paralleling this, we have the Vatican, with two major observatories ,telling me they’re okay with letting aliens into their flock. So read it as fiction or fact, today’s lines are getting blurred.

Book Review:The Alien Abduction Files

Alien Abduction

Title: The Alien Abduction Files
Author: Kathleen Marden, Denise Stoner
ASIN: B00CB684FO

Review:

An Analtical Approach,

I like this book. As I said before, if you wake up in the morning and find scars on your body that you couldn’t have duplicated while you’re awake, you know something had to happen in your sleep. You start seeing oddities that happen to you, and you wonder if they happen to other people. For example, if I walk or drive by some streetlights I put them out. As well as discussing a few cases, the authors shows some results from the “Marden-Stoner Commonalities Among Abduction Experiencers” study. The questions are broken down the five categories: demographics, abduction memories, paranormal experiences, emotional responses, physiological responses. When strange things happen to you, sometimes even stranger things follow. If you are an analytical person you wonder if there’s a correlation between them. When you have a little child, you test him, to see if he can handle a level of knowledge and comprehension, before you move him up a grade. I like the analytical approach of this book, trying to sort the strangeness in the alien abduction experience.

Nephilim

Title: Archon Invasion: The Rise, Fall and Return of the Nephilim
Author: Rob Skiba

Review:

Giant grapes create new questions,

I have a tendency to believe that the Bible, especially the old testament, reflects more like a book of history than fiction. If you look at the technology we have today, and even move it back 30 or 40 years in time, accounts of what you would have seen would seem to be fantasies not fact. The author Rob Skiba tries to make sense of the Nephilim using the Bible and other texts. The Bible says that the fallen angels mated with women and begot giants. It also says that the Giants were there before and after the flood. The author poses the possible theory that genes of the giants may have been transmitted through the wives of Noah’s descendants. I’ve always wondered about the fallen Angels offspring either being giants or men of renown. The Bible also mentions giant grapes (Numbers) that the Israelites found. This points to the idea of genetically modified food for the Nephilim. If we could genetically modify grapes today to be giant sized, would we still have hunger in parts of the world? With that technology, talked about the Bible, seem more advanced than today’s? The book made me think along different lines even though I didn’t agree with all of his theories, it was worth the time to read.

Boxers or briefs,

I thought that the book would answer the question, why does the Vatican have a couple of observatories? Is it to see if God wears boxers or briefs? The last chapter in the book kind of covers that question it’s called Petrus Romanus and project Lucifer- the Vatican’s astonishing plan for the arrival of an Alien Savior. The first 60 pages of the book deal with the Arizona Observatory. The next 461 pages basically cover current UFO theories along with interviews of known UFO experts such as Nick Redfern, Nick Pope, Bruce Maccabee and others. The last chapter deals with the Vatican’s plan for the arrival of an Alien Savior. This is only 37 pages long. I would’ve enjoyed the book more if the first 60 pages were expanded as well as the last 37. PS you should go to the Vatican’s Observatory websites and read their explanation of why they own two observatories. Bet you wouldn’t have guessed to improve navigation at sea…
