The mind is a terrible thing to waste, so don’t, read instead..

This book gives an overview of the brain and techniques that can be used to enhance it. I have always liked neurolinguistic programming, NLP and this book has a chapter describing it. People are geared towards visual – seeing, auditory – hearing, kinesthetic – physical sensation, olfactory – smell and gustatory – taste. We usually communicate, along one of those lines. I see where you’re coming from. I hear you. It touches my heart. This line of question smell. Those questions leave a bad taste in my mouth. We express ourselves in those kinds of ways. Other techniques center on increasing performance, self-healing, lucid dreaming and others.I like this book for people who haven’t spent a great deal of time reading on the subject. If you read a lot about the brain, techniques and various states of it ;you probably will just find the book to be OK.

Book Review: Telekinesis (Psychic Awakening series Book 2)

Title: Telekinesis (Psychic Awakening series Book 2)
Author: Embrosewyn Tazkuvel

A short book to wrap your mind around

This is a short book on the field of telekinesis It gives an example or two and five exercises to hone your skills. The book also discusses bending spoons, giving the tip that one should try to be disinterested. I have tried to bend a key before, succeeding to bend a duplicate key that was in my pocket. If the book was longer I would’ve probably liked it. It’s okay for what it is.
